Who This Is For

Farm operators and hosting providers in South Korea running 40 or more ASIC units who need a structured plan to replace aging hardware without shutting down entire rows. Typical clients operate mixed fleets where some units still earn but power efficiency has fallen below their tariff threshold.

What You Receive

A written assessment covering:

• Inventory of current units with rated and observed hash rate
• Ranking of units by efficiency, failure history, and resale potential
• Three-phase upgrade timeline with suggested purchase windows
• Power and cooling constraints for each phase
• Pool configuration notes for models you have not yet deployed

Process

Week 1 — Discovery. We collect your asset list, electricity contract details, rack diagrams, and maintenance logs. A remote session covers your target hash-rate floor and budget per quarter.

Week 2 — On-site sampling. We visit your facility to measure inlet temperatures, PDU load, and actual hash output on a representative sample of each model. We run parallel tests on any candidate replacement units you are considering.

Week 3 — Report delivery. You receive a PDF report with phase-by-phase recommendations, excluded options with reasons, and a checklist for each purchase batch.

Included

• One on-site visit within 80 km of Incheon (additional travel quoted separately)
• Up to three candidate miner models evaluated against your rack constraints
• 30-minute follow-up call after report delivery

Excluded

• Hardware procurement or broker negotiations on your behalf
• Electrical rewiring or HVAC installation
• Ongoing monitoring after handoff

Pricing Basis

From ₩2,400,000 for fleets of 40–100 units. Larger farms and multi-site operators receive a scoped quote after the discovery call.
