Refund Policy
Effective date: 1 January 2026
Scope
This policy applies to paid review services booked directly with Filecypressfield Mining Review: Phased Fleet Assessments, Hash-Rate Audits, and Procurement Reviews. It does not cover hardware you purchase from third parties based on our recommendations.
Cancellation by Client
More than 14 days before scheduled on-site work: Full refund of any deposit paid, minus a ₩50,000 administrative fee.
7–14 days before on-site work: 50% of the deposit is refundable.
Less than 7 days before on-site work: Deposits are non-refundable because we reserve field staff and decline other bookings.
Procurement reviews not yet started: Full refund if we have not begun document analysis.
Procurement reviews in progress: No refund once analysis has started and a draft recommendation is underway.
Cancellation by Filecypressfield
If we cancel due to staff illness, unsafe site conditions, or force majeure, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 7 days before the visit. Additional reschedules incur a ₩80,000 fee.
No-Shows
If our technician arrives on site and access is denied or the facility is unavailable, the visit fee is charged in full and no refund applies to the deposit.
Work Already Started
Once on-site sampling or report drafting has begun for fleet assessments, the engagement fee is non-refundable. Partial deliverables are not issued for incomplete work unless we terminate the engagement.
Purchased Materials
We do not purchase materials on your behalf. No material costs appear on our invoices.
Deposits
Fleet assessment deposits (40% of quoted fee) follow the cancellation windows above. Hash-rate audits are paid in full before booking and follow the same 14/7-day windows.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Partial Refunds
If we deliver a report that omits an agreed section due to our error, we offer either a partial refund proportional to the omitted scope or a corrected report at no charge.
Disputes
Contact info@filecypressfield.click with invoice number and reason for refund request. We respond within five business days.
